You will receive an appointment within the upcoming two weeks.
In between, you can download this form and fill it up to prepare for our first appointment. This helps me better understand your request and prepare for our first meeting.
During a no-obligation, free initial consultation, you can explain your situation to me and ask any further questions. During this face-to-face or online meeting, we can then decide whether we would like to work together for a while.
You come to with your concerns. Together, we decide what sort of support would be most helpful for you.
My services are available both in person and online. The online tool I use complies with the GDPR.
We will agree on the general arrangements regarding the duration and frequency of the sessions together. Experience has shown that these processes can vary in length. We will work together to find what suits you best.

I am committed to helping people, and trust is the most important foundation, particularly in a counselling context. If you feel more comfortable bringing someone along with you, please feel free to do so.

If you have private supplementary insurance or are privately insured, you can ask your health insurance provider to cover the costs of the sessions. Alternatively, you may be able to claim a refund for the costs via your tax return form.
Payment is due by invoice two weeks after the consultation. The outstanding amount must be paid by bank transfer before the next consultation.
If the cost is preventing you from taking part in my counselling sessions or courses, please do get in touch with me – I’m sure we can find a solution.
