Sometimes life brings situations that are difficult to navigate on your own.
A relationship changes. A new chapter of life begins. Your sense of identity becomes more complicated. Migration, family, faith, or cultural differences raise questions that do not have simple answers.
You are managing everyday life, but inwardly you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure of your direction.
You feel stuck and are looking for new perspectives.
You want to draw strength from your faith during a difficult season.
You would like counselling in a language in which you feel comfortable — Arabic, German, or English.
You want to grow as an individual, strengthen your relationship, or work through challenges within your family.
I accompany you through challenging situations and times of change, helping you gain new perspectives, greater inner peace, and meaningful steps toward change — through sound counselling and, if you wish, from a Christian perspective.
Together, we can explore what is weighing on you, what may lie behind your questions, and what next steps could be helpful for you.
